I was quickly admitted and the nurse Heather was great. She took my vitals and medical history and I was seen by Dr Miranda in about 15 minutes after my arrival. I was very uncomfortable and he helped me within minutes. I will never go to a hospital based ER again. Thanks for all you do.

They were rude from beginning to end. I walked in dizzy with chest pain. After the EKG determined that I wasn't having an active heart attack, they immediately asked me for money, before treatment of any kind was even discussed. When I told them I didn't have $100 in my pocket, to pay the copay, up front, they literally yanked the wires off my chest, and told me have a nice day. COVID-19 tests are available at no cost nationwide at health centers and select pharmacies. The Families First Coronavirus Response Act ensures that COVID-19 testing is free to anyone in the U.S., including the uninsured. They told me it would be an upward of $500 to get tested. I have all the symptoms and know I have COVID-19.. they don't care about the pandemic or people suffering at all.

When I went in no one told me you don’t take insurance they only told me to go to a room then once I’m in the room and took my blood pressure and a EKG and hook me to heart monitor and the pulse the girl tell me they don’t take insurance when that should have been the first thing that was said to me once I walked in. When I came out their goes a sign that say they don’t take insurance when I walked in there was no sign.
