This is the second time that I have had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Chin. She is always through, explains all of my treatment options, which is very important to me considering I am currently uninsured, and you just cannot beat her bedside manner. She is well, just brilliant!

I was so impressed with the professionalism of this clinic. They were able to test me for the Flu, covid and strep, gave me IV fluids a CAT scan and diagnosed my condition. I was in and out in 2 hours. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and caring!

Everytime I go to Complete Care, I receive excellent care. This time, I had recently tested positive for COVID and I wanted to be evaluated by a doctor to see if I needed to take Paxlovid. Dr. King examined me, listened to my heart and lung and advised me about whether to take Paxlovid or not with wisdom and expertise.

Once again, the Emergency Room of VIK Complete Care in Westlake gave me the immediate attention I required without sacrificing quality of care. Dr. Roe and his nurse quickly took me into their care, including x-rays, to diagnose and treat my symptoms. I am pleased with my normal internist but there is no way I would every get the immediate care that I do at VIK's Emergency Room. I gladly tell my friends to use this facility if they are in need of immediate care. There aren't enough stars to give them!!
