My experience on Saturday was exceptional! The only negative was the wait time. I was told on the phone that it was a 15 minute wait time but it was closer to an hour before being seen. It was the holiday weekend. The doctor and nurse who took care of me were thorough and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I was treated aggressively and the following morning my symptoms and pain were gone!!!!

I went to this clinic Friday morning for kidney pain. I was greeted by Hannah, the receptionist. She was very welcoming and friendly. I only waited a short time and I was taken back to an exam room. Nurse Molly and Dr Hamlett immediately came in. They both were very attentive, courteous and friendly. Tiann the CT tech did a CT scan of my kidney. They were busy and had too wait a little while but very good staff all throughout. Hope I dont have to come back but if I do-I know this place is excellent.

I always have a great experience there. Doctors and staff are always nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Fernandez, Michelle, RN and Monica, RT took very good care of me. I love the Pearl facility.
