My son absolutely loves this place.. the staff from when you check in to the end to seeing the doctor is a fantastic experience! Thank y’all for caring for my son health needs

Would have been nice had the website actually informed that the “urgent care clinic” functioned as an “er” at night. Just a racket as far as I’m Concerned as my out of pocket co pay for out of net work/out of state is $35 for urgent care but $275 for emergency room visits. I’m pretty sure they all thought I was a drug seeker but really I just had an ear infection. They offered me a pain pill, (which I declined) when I really just wanted the damn ear drops to stop the pain. Ugh. And the girl at the front desk had the personal... read more

Dr was great. Nurse seemed distracted. She was looking at her Apple watch while I spoke and was a bit disorganized. I also heard a woman come in for a covid test due to symptoms and they let her sit in the waiting room. She’d remove her mask to blow her nose and was coughing. It made me uncomfortable she wasn’t asked to wait in the car.

The staff were all so so nice, it was kinda hard to believe. Each new person I met was so kind and made me feel more at ease. In addition, I didn’t have any wait time and they were fast and efficient!
