The staff at Complete Care In South Lake ,TX we're extremely Professional, Courteous and very Tenative! The Docotor was very informative and took the time to show me the X-Rays and explain every little detail. The paper work was easy and fast and I was with the Doctor within 10 min of walking through the door and I was out 20 min later.... ( had to wait 15 min after the shot I received to make sure there was no reaction) otherwise I believe I would of been out in 15 min....

Everyone from registration to x-ray were very friendly, professional and took the time to explain all procedures necessary to obtain the bottom line results for tests. A very clean facility also.

Was able to get in right away. Staff and doctor were very professional and friendly. Was able to get x-ray of hand without stripping. (You wouldn't believe how many clinics in the US request to remove clothing and all jewelry just to get an x-ray of your forearm,hand, leg or foot!) Best part was that you pay anything due that insurance wouldn't cover right there with no worry of extra (hidden) charges in a later bill!
