Long story short. This is the first time an emergency room physician did what was appropriate with my presenting symptoms. You hear about women who come into EDs with heart attack symptoms and are promptly dismissed if everything looks normal with the limited testing done in EDs. This physician decided to not take any chances and transferred me to a hospital for continued observation and testing. Thankfully, the subsequent tests did not show that I had a heart attack. Wonderful environment for pets and people! The staff at complete Care Southlake were all efficient, knowledgeable, calming, caring, and concerned about what the potential challenges would be for my new kitten who had experienced a trauma incident....Their attention to detail, exam, diagnosis and treatment was explained, implemented and reassuring, both to me (high anxiety!!!) and to my kitten! I cannot THANK THEM ENOUGH!! They were the PURRECT PURSCRIPTION

I was treated quickly and professionally on the weekend. I couldn't wait for my family doctor appointment. The staff was excellent. It is great to know they are there when you need them.
