My blood pressure was 211 under 110 They did not see me they said it was nun emergency. And they told me too leave ! Plus I coughing up blood!! They say it was not an emergency!! What kind of emergency room is that?

Dr Byron Conner was the rudest and most unprofessional health care professional I’ve ever encountered. He berated me, made me feel incompetent for coming to the ER with 2 kidney stones and spoke down to me. Pretty sad that myself as a clinician was treated this way. I felt so miserable and did not want to sit in the ER at Spohn for 8 hours with intractable pain, nausea, and vomiting so came to this ER which I thought was the whole point only to be belittled and to feel like an inconvenience. As soon as we walked in the front there lady had an attitude. Not welcoming at all more like an inconvenience. As soon as we were seen by the nurse first thing she suggested was x rays and ct scan without even knowing all the symptoms. Place was dirty. Room was filthy. Didn’t work feel like a doctors visit. Will never go back

We were called in, sent back out again saying we’ll be called in few mins and waited for an hour! Once in we were waiting to be called for the xray for another 45 mins! We chose this location cause it’s been a breeze before but this time the wait was ridiculous.

Took my son in on Monday and was diagnosed with the flu. I then took him back on Friday because his ears were infected due to having the flu and was charged full fee for a separate visit. Seems to me that if you are going in because of complications of an illness that you were just diagnosed with you should be billed accordingly.

This office was wonderful and the physicians were awesome. Even got a call a few days later to check on me. Great job!!

They couldn’t verify my insurance due to the system being down so they wanted a $200 payment before even touching me or speaking with a doctor and that the payment would be reimbursed after they can verify my insurance. It felt I was not treated as if I had an emergency though I was at an actual emergency clinic. They more so wanted to make sure they were getting paid first. I waited in pain until the next morning to see my primary doctor for a doctor visit of $16. I’m so glad I didn’t go here. Seemed sketchy.

Only place aside from the ER to get an IV. Couldn't get the IV in and wasn't even willing to try. Poor nurse was so nice but he had a tremor and the only other nurse there said I'm not even gonna try I don't like doing those. Still had to pay even though they couldn't even provide care.
