Been here a few times before for dog bite and other. Great experience. Recommended to others. This visit was horrible with Dr Morale. Pompous and seriously lacking in all areas. Overall horrible experience this visit solely because of this Dr. The nurse could use some training as well.

Your nurses should have better attitudes in this line of work THEY choose to be in. Patients are already not feeling well and to have to encounter and deal with a nurse with a bad attitude is not what we should have to deal with. This is the second time with that same nurse ( on different days mind you ) where she had an ugly “ I hate my job and people “ attitude. Uncalled for. She should be put in another department that does not deal with people. Very disappointed. That one nurse makes this place bad. I will never go again... read more

I was there 2-23-23 It was horrible front desk girl was great , it start off on why when someone is I’m so much pain that we have to repeat ourselves 3 times why do we have to fill out what’s wrong with us if that paper is not going to the nurse , then the nurse asks again “ what brings you in today “ again I’m in pain I ask her “ I have to repeat again after writing it all up front “? The staff there is very helpful and polite. They remembered me from my previous appointment. They saw me quickly and took care my issue equally fast. Very pleased with the service and care I received.

I was seen very quickly. Labs taken. CT performed. Given hydration and medication while in exam room. Everyone was very nice and concerned.

Asked to be seen to rule out possible sinus infection after 2 weeks of sinus congestion, mild non productive cough, mild sore throat, no nausea, headache over maxillary sinuses , and new onset of fever with chills. Covid and flu results negative and a chest X-ray was obtain for clear lung sounds. No lab for cbc obtained. No recommendation of increase fluids to help flush system or to use a humidifier. I walked in the facility at 4:58 pm…and did not leave until 9:15 pm. I was there for a little more than 4 hours. I had to have my husband pick up my little girl because she was hungry. I was seen less than 20 mins. The physician was super nice and good but the time management needs to improve. This isn’t the first time I waited that long. My last visit before this one lasted around that long or longer as well.
