The staff seemed to be more concerned or busy assisting anyone else , when it seemed I was the only one there .. the dr. Kept coming in and out of my room in the middle of me explaining my symptoms , which they did not seem to take serious. I left before anything else could happen , as I was already there for about 3hrs before actually being seen and already sent to the back to be checked up on. Receptionist and both nurses were amazing! Very professional, caring, and helpful. The doctor not so much. He did not listen to me and kept insisting I had symptoms I clearly did not have. It was so frustrating. I left feeling so defeated. I went somewhere else and got the exact care I needed. Will not return to this place.

Went in for a inside lip laceration and was told nothing could be done. However the doctor said that if it gets worse to come back. Lip got worse so went in the following morning and was told again that the doctor couldn’t do anything for me. My lip had gotten swollen and whitish/yellowish in color. Receptionist said there was nothing the doctor would do. So I left.

Most urgent cares are profit over patient and it was very much quite obvious when I visited here. A nurse took my vitals and instantly swabbed me (never asked any questions directly relating to my symptoms to see if the swab for COVID and Flu was necessary) total of 5 minutes. The doctor came in and took literally a total of 3 minutes to “check” my lungs, throat and ears. Then left, never asked me questions about my symptoms.
