You guys did great! The only thing that I would say that you can improve on is the wait time. I feel like I waited there for way too long just to be seen in less than 10 minutes by the doctor. I think if you improve on that, you guys will do much better. Other than that, everything was great.

Typically we can get you back to see the physician in under about 10-15 minutes, much less time waiting then a hospital based ER. Being an ER though, at times that's beyond our control. I visited this urgent care for a food poisoning. There was no wait line , everyone was nice and professional, took care of me fairly quickly. They are open 24 hours , which is nice to know, if you don’t need hospital emergency room. I received a thank you note from them , a nice touch .
