I rarely (if ever) leave negative reviews, especially for small businesses. I truly don’t take it lightly. However, our experience has unfortunately been extremely disappointing. We purchased a $12,000+ package (about $7,500 after rebates) that included attic insulation with vent fans and a 50-gallon hybrid water heater. Fantastic team. We were looking for insulation work to shore up an under-insulated attic. From the first visit for an estimate, they were professional and explained everything, and worked with our electric company to ensure we would get rebates for the work. First, let me say that CHS did a great job with the install of a complete replacement of our two zones, attic insulation and basement encapsulation. There were a couple hiccups along the way but the manager was super helpful in getting the problems resolved. All of that took place about a year ago or so. We’ve been a customer since 2017 and always had great service and support. They insulated our attics and sealed our crawlspace. We are have the Complete Comfort Club and the Dehumidifier Club for maintenance. Today they finished a job of installing a sump pump and a new liner. They have a professional team and do great work!

I've waited over a year to write this review to really get a feel. Complete Home Solutions went above and beyond in our home. We live in a townhome, and upstairs was brutally hot in the summer, and got really cold in the winter. I figured it had to do with our HVAC, since it looked so old, so I called CHS and another company or two. The other companies just sent someone out, and after seeing the system, they left and emailed me a price to either fix or replace the HVAC, with no explanation.
