I had the opportunity to work with Mathew. He wasn’t pushy or overwhelming. Didn’t escort us around then Vienna White the place lol. I had a very specific piece of furniture in mind, he was honest about not having it. But urged us to look around. I found a piece I really loved. He gave me specs, was honest of how long it would take to get it and allowed me to go home without any guff. They have lost my business. I ordered over $4000 in bedroom furniture in January. They promised delivery in 2-3 weeks. I heard someone else complaining that their order was 6 months overdue, which caused me to ask once again if this was an accurate timeline. I was told yes and that was a different line that customer had ordered. Now, they don’t call you with a heads up. You wait and wonder, until you call and get the run around.
