We purchased a bedroom suite from the Richland location and have loved it in our guest bedroom. However, we ran into an issue with one of the drawers of the king bed frame. While the product was slightly past the warranty date, Pedro and his team took exceptional care to ensure our total satisfaction in resolving the issue. we purchased the power couch and 2 recliners. The controllers were not built into the furniture. The color we ordered was tan, just like what was on the floor display. We were told it would be 8 weeks out, we could live with that. We were informed our new living room set was ready for delivery. We scheduled it. When it got here and the delivery guys brought in parts of it, my wife noticed that the color was not the same. We showed the guys the pictures of what we ordered.
