This transaction started off decent. I brought my wife into the store so she could pick out what she wanted for our living room. She found the style and color she wanted. 1- couch, 2- recliners, all 3 are the handheld power control style, in Tan color. We were told that it would be 8 weeks out, we didn't have an issue with it. My wife was notified that we could schedule a delivery day. Come to find out they only deliver on Fridays only. The truck arrived and they brought in the backs first.
