CPO and Erik Malone has been wonderful to work with!! They have helped my husband that has Charcot Marie Tooth Disease to be able to walk again in a special boot.
Charu's method of taking a mold of my feet for orthotic inserts from a seated position created inserts that are so much better than inserts previously made by scanning my feet while standing. My CPO inserts are perfect and make my feet, knees, and back feel so much better. I walked 36 miles last week without any issues. So glad that I found CPO. Thanks Charu!
Prosthetic made just fine but the company that put the material on it sucks. It was not what I wanted. They should have to pay to get it completely remade.
First appointment was November 12th of 2019 for custom orthotics, referred by doctor. My insurance was ran and I was told that it would take three to four weeks for my orthotics to arrive and I would be financially responsible for $50.17. Called on December 9th to inquire if they had arrived. Which they had not and was told that I would be notified when they came in. All of the staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. There was a feeling of comfort when talking to them. They were truly concerned on the comfort of the client.
