Overall, the system worked well. There were times were we could not scan the badge, thus we had to take a picture of the badge with our cellphone then scan the image on our cellphone. Next time, we may try the app instead of the handheld tablet. Definitely will use CompuSystems again.
They've been in this business a long time. Basic things like online registration forms should be routine. Instead, they require completion of line items that are in conflict with each other requiring individual entry of many people from the same company. This just doesn't make sense. All they need to do is take the (required) mobile phone entry from the main company header and move it to the individual name entry lines (like the email address). It couldn't be simpler.
