I very rarely take the time to leave a review that isn't 5 stars, but feel like this company is an exception. The one picture on the right and the one in the middle was how the first technician left my front step. He leveled the step but forgot I had paid to have the void between the step and the front porch caulked and just left debris all over my front porch and walkway. I called the estimator and he agreed this was unacceptable and offered me $100 off my invoice and sent someone back out to finish the job. The first pi... read more
This company is out for your $ not for quality or customer satisfaction! They did an ok job leveling the concrete however they broke a few spots and didn’t want to be held accountable for it! They never once came back out to repump some bad spots they didn’t get right the first time, the salesman told me they would seal all cracking and such and then I was told they don’t even do that by the workers, wouldn’t recommend them to anybody because they don’t want to run a business in the right way and take care of their customers... read more
Did a good job getting everything lifted but broke my step and was one section of sidewalk that was not level with other. Price I was quoted did not include chalking the cracks so will have to do it myself. Would have been nice to know that when I was quoted or an option to include it.
Wow! This company is great! James and technician Jamie do a great job. Great price and I no longer have to worry about my driveway getting worse and causing me to have to replace the whole thing. I have referred them multiple times to some of my landscape customers, and they are extremely pleased with the results as well.
