Dr. Hughes is AMAZING. This is my go to for all my Animals. I live in San Fernando and GLADLY will make the drive out here anytime my animals need to be seen. I took my 2 chinchillas in this last time and Dr Hughes was not only very THOROUGH, But he answered all my questions without hesitation and I expected to pay an arm and a leg... Nope. I just had the best experience at the emergency for my bearded dragon! I will be coming here from now on with him! I was freaking out over my dragon that he was very sick since his legs were swollen! I saw Dr Mallon and she made me feel at ease and said he needs to loose weight and less worms and more salads! She said to add crickets to his meals! The most compassionate and professional staff anywhere. Their genuine love for their patients is beyond extraordinary, and extends to their patients' people, as well. When I was losing my beloved guinea pig to illness, they took every measure available to make him comfortable, including bringing his special toys and bed everywhere he went. This place is SERIOUSLY Awesome !!! Took our kitty in and was treated so nicely . Then took out doggie � in cause he freaks out and barks so much when anyone leaves the house and Dr Splicer ( sorry if I spelled wrong ) was so sweet and sat and asked questions and answered questions for over a hour and 1/2 !! Always clean and very friendly !!!
We take both our dog and kitten here and absolutely love Conejo Valley Vet. They've treated us with dignity and empathy with our emergencies. Offered nonstop support. After being here, I would not take my pets anywhere else. Thank you Conejo Valley!
