I was at Kiawahi Island Oasis, where I have been having services done for many years, when I overheard Martha talking about the work she and Peter are doing through Connect, a non-profit organization. They are providing food in downtown Charleston to help with people suffering with food scarcity. I knew I wanted to volunteer in any way I could.
