I truly wanted to continue receiving care at Connected Minds because the providers themselves were excellent. However, the ongoing billing issues ultimately led me to seek services elsewhere. I experienced repeated problems, including being charged incorrect copays and, most recently, being told I needed to pay out of pocket because Cigna supposedly did not cover my visit—even though Cigna covered my appointment just four weeks earlier and there were no changes to my insurance plan. I love Connected Minds. My therapist and doctor are very caring and supportive. I am so glad to have service with them. My Therapist Jennifer was really awesome. She was and is attentive to my needs and concerns. Dr. Rosario is the best. He really cares about my mental well being. I’m forever grateful and thankful for Connected Minds.
This clinic is amazing! Mr. Johnson who I think is a new office assistant or apart of billing for Connected Minds was so pleasant, sweet and positive soul while handling my situation a true gem great choice of picking him he was very knowledgeable on what I needed to do with my insurance and even offered a discounted payment plan if that didn’t work out. Overall this clinic is a highly recommended place to be apart of as a patient he was just a cherry on top. BRAVO HR! & GREAT JOB CONNECTED MINDS👏👏👏
I recently started being seen at this practice and I must say they are professionals! They have helped me tremendously. What I the love the most is the staff in the group look like me so they are able to understand certain struggles other practitioners may not get or try to understand. They also aren't afraid to check in periodically (outside of appointments) which demonstrates true care and compassion.
Connected Minds has assisted me greatly within the last year. I am comforted knowing I have access to a Dr that listens and cares regarding my symptoms. I’ve had a few insurance issues and Dr. Phillips has always been great. Recently, they’ve added Montel to the team and he is on top of everything! He’s always quick to respond and keep you updated. I’m grateful I found such an overall, caring team.
