This clinic is amazing! Mr. Johnson who I think is a new office assistant or apart of billing for Connected Minds was so pleasant, sweet and positive soul while handling my situation a true gem great choice of picking him he was very knowledgeable on what I needed to do with my insurance and even offered a discounted payment plan if that didn’t work out. Overall this clinic is a highly recommended place to be apart of as a patient he was just a cherry on top. BRAVO HR! & GREAT JOB CONNECTED MINDS👏👏👏
Love this group! Have been with them for almost 3 years. Easy to contact, friendly and helpful providers/ staff, also easy to schedule appointments:) Had to switch providers due to staff change and still completely satisfied! This group will even return your weekend call. They are committed to providing excellent care and service.
Receptionist seemed unfriendly when I called. I didn't want to email my name, address, phone, dob, license, insurance info etc. They said they were hippa compliant, but me sending via my Gmail to a regular domain name email didn't feel so smart. So I popped by during what is listed as business hours. Nice area. But seems to be a vacant suite with their signs propped in windows and one for info for medical marijuana, another for ketamine and weight loss. Dr. Drayer is the best. He listens and asks questions if things are going bad. I feel comfortable to have sessions with him. Very knowledgeable and takes suggestions/thoughts to find the best solution. Absolutely love all the friendly and helpful staff.
