My kiddo has done both therapy and meds through here. They have been amazing. We’ve been here about 2 yrs now. I started using them as well this fall when I realized they took my insurance as well. She did so much better with having therapy from the comfort ofof her things. It’s convenient you can do your appointments from anywhere, home, the office on break. They having a caring staff. Absolutely amazing for both therapy and meds. My daughter went first, still going and loves it. It helped her so much when my insurance kicked in I went there and now my husband is going. I’m very grateful they are there. Very easy to do, it’s nice getting to be comfortable in your own home. If you need help, the is a great place for it!
Receptionist seemed impatient & had a condescending tone. Made an already frustrating experience to contact psychiatrist worse. I’m uncomfortable & don’t feel I’m in trusted hands with the type of communication I’ve received. The provider himself is decent. Seems knowledgeable & listens to my feedback but the long drawn out process to get in contact w people who manage vital parts of treatment is alarming. Low quality. I understand why health care gets such a bad reputation in this country.
Each step of my experience so far has been a very great experience. The kindness of the staff has been stellar! I happy it is them going in this journey with me. 😊 I have total trust and faith in this team!!
Couldn't ask for any better staff and accuracy of a mental health provider.I am beyond pleased with the place.
