Find any other practice. They will make you pay to get a message back from your provider on the portal. They will make you pay $20 per medication to refill them if you can't meet your provider. I was on a medication for over a year and lost my insurance and wasn't able to afford a visit. He refilled everything except the dangerous med to stop abruptly and didn't tell me there were serious risks associated with stopping it. Find a practice that cares about their patients. As the owner and practitioner, of The Olive Leaf, LLC I truly appreciate the care Connected Minds LLC provided for my daughter Brittany. The Doctor listened with compassion and took my concerns seriously, which means so much as both a mother and a health practitioner. I’m especially moved by their work with mentally challenged individuals in group homes on Saturdays, what a beautiful way to serve the community. Their dedication is a real blessing.
My kiddo has done both therapy and meds through here. They have been amazing. We’ve been here about 2 yrs now. I started using them as well this fall when I realized they took my insurance as well. She did so much better with having therapy from the comfort ofof her things. It’s convenient you can do your appointments from anywhere, home, the office on break. They having a caring staff.
