We have been with Connections since March of 2018, and they have always worked hard to ensure a prompt and secure solution to any and every mission critical issue our institution has come across. They are always a pleasure to work with. David's leadership and Nathan's prompt issue resolving has made my experience a pleasure. They say you can not buy peace of mind. To them I say you have never had support from Connections for Business.

The company I work for has been using Connections since 2017 and I have always been very satisfied with their service. The people there are always very helpful and quick to get your problem solved. For issues that I have had that took longer to resolve then a quick phone call, Connections employees have always been very vocal on the status of the problem with continued email updates and the ETA on when they believed the issue would be fixed. Our service with Connections for Business has been very good. The techs are knowledgeable and adept at fixing problems quickly. When the issues are more complicated, they will continue to work on them until they are solved. They also stay current on what is happening in the cyber world and send out frequent alerts to help us to avoid potential problems. We very much appreciate their reliability and friendly customer service!

I am so impressed with Connections for Business! We recently contracted with them for their support services and have had nothing but professional, fast, and positive results so far. I personally was working remotely in another state and had an issue with my laptop. I emailed and created a case and within minutes had a service rep (Luis - excellent rep!) on the phone. He went to work and resolved the issue within minutes. He also followed up to make sure all was well. I strongly recommend this company!

This company has been so fantastic for our IT needs. The team knows their stuff, and they have techs available for in person needs, as well as remote needs. They can quickly login to your computer remotely and resolve most issues without ever needing to come out, eliminating any down time. The owner David is great not only for IT needs, but has a strong presence in the community, he has helped us on so many occasions provide connections to other businesses when we need assistance in any other matter.
