They don't dodge the hard problems and do take responsibility for finding sustainable solutions. I get a better response time via e-mail for a new ticket than the hotline. No judgement, just the truth.

Elijah was very patient and helpful. I had a software problem that needed to be fixed the same day. It wasn't connecting to the printer and the thumbnail disappeared. Elijah fixed the problem right away and followed up with an email to check up if everything was working properly. As a company we are very happy with Connections, they help all our computer problems as well as upgrading our computers over the years, from software to hardware they are very knowledgeable and helpful.
