This place used to be awesome. It helped me to get sober, so that is the good thing. Since Vertava got bought by connections wellness group it has gone down hill drastically. I’ve been a patient here since last August. I came 3 times a week for 3 months, and no issues. Now this place is horrible. I called for 2 straight hours to cancel my appointment today without an answer. Then I got here at 1:30 for my 2:00 appointment, and they didn’t even get me checked in until 2:40. While I was waiting I accidentally butt dialed the ... read more

The company that owns the clinic is probably one of the most crooked and unethical management groups I've ever had to deal with. They tried all last year to bill me for THOUSANDS of dollars when my insurance covered EVERYTHING. I told them over and over and over to correct my billing and it took them a YEAR to do so. This year, they keep having a call center repeatedly contact me to pay bills without telling me what group they're with (I have to ask before they'll say - they always start asking me for my personal info like m... read more

Loved it when it was Vertava. Now that it is Connections Wellness Group nobody’s ever answers the phone. Been trying to call for weeks to get an appt. When I call it automatically puts me on hold. I have waited in excess of 20 minutes nobody answers. I leave messages nobody calls back. The only reason I have stayed so far is I really like Dr Mcclairen. I suppose I’ll start looking though

Adam Nanaa has been great with our daughter who is on the autism spectrum and suffers from anxiety. We struggled for years to find a provider who was a good fit and Adam does a wonderful job of working with her to manage her anxiety. He isn't there just for medication maintenance; he takes the time to visit with her, counsel her and is concerned with how she has been doing since her last visit and if she has made progress. Highly recommend!

If you looking for a place for help, this is not a place for you. Very unprofessional staff especially the two black woman’s who call them self mangers. They are very racism if you are white male or female, this is not a good place for you. I thought Bradford has a good reputation and good place for people who need care and help. But this location is very scary and disappointing. I thought people who work here they are kind hearted and caring people but the two black females mangers was literally unprofessional. Please look ... read more
