I go to two Vertava locations but avoid this one like the plague! System was down multiple times when I went to do my assessment. I did a no call no show because they had once sent reminders and that same system that was down went down again I suppose and my text reminder was not sent until after my appointment. I asked several times to be sure that there was an opportunity to have remote sessions as part of the plan. I won’t say the name here to respect privacy but a gentleman at the beginning mislead me. After he passed me off to the next person, everything changed. It was either in person or remote and I mentioned to them what I was told before even accepting treatment. Would be great if they didn’t treat mental health like something that can be delayed. I was seeing one therapist who was pretty regular then was told to switch to another who had more experience and would help with EMDR. After two months still no EMDR sessions and constant rescheduling. Scheduled me a month out and then cancelled on me twice during a time where I really needed to see someone. Very disappointing
If I could give no stars I would! I have never dealt with a more awful company that only cares about taking your money and not helping your mental health! Have gone back and forth for weeks showing up to office to see counselor and then not being seen. Just drove 45 mins to my appointment to show up and be informed that my counselor isn’t even in office and I never got notified.
