The lead therapist demonstrated unprofessional behavior, including leaving a threatening voicemail after our loved one attended a single four-hour group session and chose not to return. I have been with CWG for years and seeing the downfall has been heartbreaking. If it continues down this path I can’t imagine they will continue to exist. This isn’t the fault of the staff, this is purely the fault of the higher ups making the choices. Over the years they have lost some of the most talented and passionate individuals (staff and patients) due to their unrealistic expectations. Please do better because Your patients deserve better. i don't recommend this place if you are autistic, or generally quick to trust. they will push you around for 2 weeks and not communicate regarding any sort of treatment plan. if you're young and volatile they'll take advantage of it. then when you want to leave, they ask you why you came in the first place, as if somehow the decision to check in wasn't made with at least some sort of awareness of what kind of treatment is needed. i was told i would meet with someone regarding finances, that did not happen, and now im stuck w... read more
We have been extremely pleased with their people and program. They have had excellent communication and have worked hand in hand with our school district to ensure that our child's emotional, physical, and educational needs have been met. Thank you for your amazing support and professionalism.
STAY AWAY....Their billing is a disaster.....They threaten you with action for bills they haven't sent you, and if you call them it's in India and you cannot hear them for all the call center activity. RUN....RUN FAST from this place. What shame the billing department brings them down (Visits/Therapist was a 5) but unless you want collection calls 5 minutes after your appoint for invoices not sent....KEEP RUNNING
