I was honestly a little hesitant to start after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was completely different. From the beginning, I felt welcomed, supported, and treated like a person. The therapists and staff genuinely cared and took the time to listen and understand what I was going through. Starting group made me nervous at first but ended up being one of the most helpful parts of the program. I’m grateful for the support I received and how it has changed my life.

My time here was well spent, the staff, from the front desk clerk to the therapists, were all extremely helpful and kind, my entire time there! I had such a lovely experience, I would absolutely recommend it if you are thinking about joining the program here, or aren't sure, go in and chat with them! Can't recommend them enough. I learned so many good coping skills and so much about how my brain works, and they took my insurance, and have a lot of payment options!

I had a very disappointing experience with Connections Wellness (Denton location), both clinically and financially. During my intake, I was clearly told that I had met my out-of-pocket maximum and would owe $0 for services. Based on that, I began attending outpatient therapy. The care itself was not what I expected. During one session when I was in obvious 10/10 crisis, my therapist briefly checked in and said she would come back to “process” with me. They don’t even use real therapists here it’s all social workers and interns . It’s all set up as group therapy too so you have to tell everyone your personal stuff and then they pretty much ask everyone in the group what they think about YOUR problem . It’s disgustingly set up as easy money grabs and it’s not made for people with real problems .

I’ve been going here for around five years And I love this place! They have helped me through so many stages of my life. Catherine is wonderful and the best psychiatrist I’ve ever seen! She listens to you and encourages you and helps you. Everyone that works here is so kind as well. 10/10 experience every time.
