It was such a pleasant experience as a first time home seller. He was extremely helpful on explaining all the real estate terms and laws. Start with open house and communicating with other realtors and updating the progress with me was very smooth and outstanding. Very patient and professional. He'd work hard to make best result and didn't slow down until the deal was officially closed.
