I called the office gave my information to the receptionist she took everything down and said she would pass on to the partners someone would contact me in 24-48 hours I never heard anything back yesterday I received a letter from Rufus Williams stating he had spoken to me he never spoke to me I called the office and the receptionist again said in the notes he said he tried to call you several times but was hung up on which I did not do in my opinion very unprofessional never gave me the opportunity to say or state my case a... read more
Words can not express how happy I am with Kevin Rood ! He reaches out, keeps me updated, answers my questions within minutes of an email !!!!! Switching firms was well worth it ! The care and compassion of this firm goes above and beyond. It's been an awful 2 years and having an amazing lawyer makes a world of difference.

My husband misread some medical papers from his Dr. and Jason said he agreed. After I got a chance and read the papers, I seen, as I suspected, that my husband misinterpreted what they said. Needless to say, I was and still am very disappointed that we paid for what we expected to be a professiinal service. Jason clearly did not read the papers.
