You guys are the best! I made a phone call hoping to get someone to come out this week as I had no heat. Dimitri had a break in his schedule and called to see if he could come right away. Who does that?! You guys are great!
Called about 8am Saturday morning. They texted back within 5 Minutes with an offer of an appointment between 11:30 and 1 that day. Dimitri arrived early and did an excellent job.

Dimitry did a great job repairing our heat pump. He was very professional and efficient. He replaced the compressor, which saved thousands of dollars, compared to the bids from other vendors who wanted to replace the unit entirely. I was impressed with his knowledge and hard work ethic.
