We LOVE this place! Last summer I decided to drop by after many times passing by and wondering what it was about. I’m so glad I did! We have been dropping by ever since and the staff there (Hey Jessica!) have been so lovely every time. Great finds and worth a visit.
ALWAYS a pleasure doing business with Julie...and her excellent staff. CONSORTIUM never losses 'humanity' with its customers unlike so many other auction houses. HIGHLY RECOMEND! Too.. be sure to give Bell a ear scratch from me... !
I am an unhappy customer following the purchase of 2 lots in 'after auction' in March 2025 on Liveauctioneers. Complaints: very slow, or no response to my messages; very slow in shipping the lots; ignoring my calls for a tracking number; when the items finally arrived, from one lot of 5 items 2 items were missing. Now, in the middle of May, I still did not hear back from them. I do not recommend this auction house and for sure I will not do business with them again.
Unfortunately, my experience—and that of my entire family—was beyond disappointing. We were all already grieving the unexpected loss of my uncle and trying to navigate the complexities of his estate. What we encountered with this organization only added to the heartache. My grandparents, my parents, and our extended family were all deeply affected by the lack of empathy, professionalism, communication and total silence we experienced.
