UPDATE: Julie did reach out and remedy the situation. It appears to be a misunderstanding of when the check was sent (they thought they had, nothing had been received). However, I will note, their response time could use some work, but they are genuinely good people trying to start a new business that is clearly in high demand. Gorgeous one of a kind treasures are found at Consortium Auction & Estate. I was able to obtain a lovely sofa and chair from a San Francisco Estate for a fraction of the cost. I would have had to pay an exorbitant price anywhere else. Such friendly staff and a place I look forward to returning too.

I purchased auction item from consortium 7 months ago for over $2000. They won’t respond to me. They won’t ship my items. It is a complete disaster, I’m finally in the process of filing a credit card claim to get my money back.

We have worked with Consortium on several projects in 2023 with great success! As a luxury home relocation service, it's essential that our clients are taken care of and their items are consigned in the most diligent way. Julie and her team are experts at pricing items to sell but also to give the client maximum return on the fair market. I can't recommend them highly enough!
