I was very impressed with the job CIS did with my eviction and the clean up the following day. The communication throughout was excellent—thorough, professional and timely. I had a really challenging clean up and the crew went over and above my expectations to ensure everything was removed. Great job!
I hired this company to do a junk removal and re-key of a property I purchased. They did a good job finishing on time and completing in full. I was never invoiced until about 4 months after the job took place. This company was hired to do an eviction for me for one of my properties and while doing the eviction there was $500 stolen out of my wallet by the employees of this establishment. A police report was filed and when reaching out to do a formal complaint the owner NICK who would not provide his full name was RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND UTTERLY DISQUALIFIED to run any company. I contacted CIS Construction Install Services for a new residential mailbox installation. I called several companies and didn’t receive a response. I found CIS through a search and was relieved to get an immediate response with pricing and, best of all, an immediate appointment! Cost was very reasonable. The technician arrived on time and the installation went smoothly, without any issues. The new mailbox looks great. I highly recommend their services.
The work is great quality and can’t beat the price. Used them twice for two different services and both were done in fashionable manner. Nick is an awesome owner who takes pride in his company and goes above and beyond to make things work. I will use them again whenever I have an issue.
