Yesterday was my first appointment at life stance Cynthia was very helpful with checking in and making additional appointments
Consuelo barely met with me three times. She didn’t even begin to understand my history or experiences before she announced I had a victim mentality. This was not helpful and did not make me feel comfortable sharing any more of my story. I met with her one last time to see if she could understand that her uninformed judgements were counterproductive but she did not want to deal with my feedback and we parted ways.
First time visiting and it was stress-less
So far our first session was productive and I like our therapist. She is calm, professional, and honest as well as knowledgeable.
