I would never go back to that office if it wasn't for the wonderful doctors. The front desk staffers are very rude and unhelpful. Everytime I've called, I have been made to feel like I'm bothering for calling. With the exception of one or two people, the attitude is just awful. I'm actually in the process of finding another doctor and will definitely write a letter with specific examples of why I'm leaving so that maybe things will change for the better there. Martha
