Beverly, my loan officer, was absolutely outstanding! I have worked with a few mortgage companies in the past but things were different with Contour, in a good way! Beverly was so on top of things and helped me close very quickly. Her communication was regular and I always knew exactly where we were in the process. He gathered documents and within days of receiving the appraisal our file was cleared to close. During the process there was some old stuff reporting to credit and he took his time to have it removed and updated immediately with a positive impact on our credit scores. Priceless!!
