When I began shopping around for lender, Melissa was at the 4th bank I spoke to, I knew I was sticking with her before we even discussed rates (turns out she ended up getting me the best rate anyway). Highly recommended. Will use them again. They came through and saved the day when I was delayed and frustrated with the builder’s lender. I would have probably not have closed on the house and may have lost my earnest money. Contour is quick and professional. Jackson walked me through it every step of the way. Jessie and team were absolutely amazing from the start. Jessie has fine-tuned the art of watching the market ups and downs. He keeps you informed during the entire process. Always answers the phone for any questions. I have to say he has it all, from the fine details of their office to their loveable human touch. They make sure to memorialize the happy moments in your life with a photo, so you are always remembered as a Contour Family. I can't say enough good things about them.
