My overall experience with Contour Mortgage was nothing short of great! I have the pleasure of working with Sal and he exhibited a high level of professionalism and knowledge. As a first time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect but Sal couldn’t have made this process easier or more pleasurable. He was prompt in responding and providing me with new information on a weekly basis. I would highly recommend Sal and Contour Mortgage.
I highly recommend Mr. Lee for being courteous and professional. He never lose patience on me and give me good guidelines in acquiring approval for mortgage loan. Mr. Lee even went far beyond his obligations to me when he gave me a protection insurance for my home when unforeseen emergency circumstances come. I appreciate and will remember him for the kindness and services he did to me.
Eric was extremely helpful in helping me buy my first condo. He was really professional, patient and understanding when answering my Million questions and made sure there was no confusion. He kept me updated during the whole process and made everything quick and easy. Even after the closing was done, he contacted me to see if I had any other concerns or questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase.
