Our mortgage was challenging to say the least - there are 4 people on this mortgage. The information collection for Matt and his team was - request everything X 4! At times it was frustrating, but Matt walked us PATIENTLY through the entire process. He and a member of his team, Dana, even stopped at our house to deliver and pick up documents. (I can be technologically challenged at times.) Matt was available to answer questions, but if he couldn't at that moment, I received a message and a promise (fulfilled) of a call back.... read more
