Brian was incredibly detailed and made things very clear and simple for my wife and I. He remained patient but also reminded us whenever we forgot to send things over and had our mortgage fully ready to execute BEFORE his initial promise date. Not only that, but we ended up needing less money upfront than he had initially estimated for us! Already have referred friends to him and will continue to do so. He is very friendly and helpful person i have worked with. Very polite have helped throutout the whole process. I enjoyed working with him to own a property. Sophia made my first buying experience very easy with her promptly answers to all my questions, as well as walking me through everything. As a first time buyer sometimes I did not know exactly what I was doing at all times but Sophia would explain and walk me through the steps.
