Overall satisfactory with my lending experience. As a first time lender, would prefer a more face to face approach but Brian was very patient and helpful throughout the process. Willing to go above and beyond to help with any questions and concerns you’d have. As mentioned, would’ve loved to meet in person but was helpful via phone.
