Great guy, staff was very responsive and timely. Went out of his way to help obtain paperwork from my bank which had trouble printing exact info with criteria the underwriters needed. Easily worked via email for docs and made process as easy as possible. Rates were good and as expected. Closed on time and worked well to coincide our closings on both the selling and the buying of our homes.

Dave and his team were great from day one! Through out this very stressful process there were for us every step of the way. Dave was accessible whenever we needed him and as a first time home buyer that seemed to be very often! I would recommend Dave to anyone who is looking for an easy home buying experience!

John helped me obtain the mortgage for the purchase of my coop apartment. He is very helpful, knowledgable and reassuring. He is an absolute pleasure to work with!
