Andrey helped me refinance my co-op mortgage about a month ago. The process was smooth and easy, as he helped me with all the requirement from my Co-op management company. The whole process went a lot quicker then I expected and the rate was extremely low, I’ll be very happy having this rate locked in for the lifetime of the loan. When buying our house we used Steve for our mortgage. He was very professional and handled our process timely. He made the stress of moving our family so much easier to handle by knowing we could trust him to take care of us.
Steve was super knowledgeable and accommodating. He met us at our home after work and explained everything in full detail. He even still keeps in touch after we closed to make sure everything is still going well with the house and that we are happy. Anyone that i care about who needs a mortgage is definitely using Steve. Abraham guide us from beginning to end of while house buying process! Not only he respond to all my phone calls ( it was a lot of phone calls!) but he had patience to answer every question and calm me down. He promised that it will process fast - and he kept it.
