There are so many great things that I could say about Carol, but the one quality that stands out the most is reliability. Carol has made herself available to both myself and my husband at all times. She was patient, knowledgeable and helped us with every step during our home purchase. I've said many times that without Carol, we would be lost. She worked her hardest to get the best financing available and always kept us informed about programs for first-time home buyers and VA benefits. I would give Carol 10 stars if I could!
This is the second refinance that Carol has helped me with, she's very knowledgeable, she is very helpful, she always responded to my calls and emails no matter what time of the day/night it was. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs help in refinancing. We are family now.
