Brian help us purchase our home a little over two years ago. After nearly two months of being given the run around by one of the larger banks and nearly losing the house we wanted, Brian was able to take control over the course of a week or so and get us to closing with in a month making the process easy and answering all of our questions.

Brian came highly recommended to me by a family member. I was interested in refinancing my mortgage and Brian presented a creative solution that helped me save even more money. Throughout this process, Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable. In addition, he was very pleasant and upbeat which was much appreciated during the crunch to meet various deadlines. Lastly, Brian was able to explain some more complicated financial terms in a simple and understandable way.

He can always be reached!! He can resolve problems! Brian Halloran made the mortgage process seem uneventful. Whenever there was an issue, he notified us and took immediate action to rectify the situation. Not only was Brian highly efficient, he was also friendly and always willing to answer even the most mundane question without hesitation. I highly recommend Brian for all your mortgage needs.

Brian was wonderful during the entire refinance process. He went above and beyond to make sure we had all necessary documents and answered all our questions. I would definetly recomment his services since this long process is very hard to manage on your own. He also was able to get us the best possible rate available.

I recently purchased a home and Brian was the mortgage professional we worked with. Brian was responsive and thorough and showed great knowledge of the rate environment. Brian advised me to lock in my rate and not try to wait to see another downtick, I followed his advice and rates started trending upward shortly thereafter.
