Brian assisted me with my mortgage application for the purchase of my apartment in Manhattan. His advises were excellent and he handled everything with great professionalism. Brian has been a great help to me in securing two mortgages. One was a new mortgage and the other a refinance. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed through the hole process.Brian went into detail and explained everything that was going on in the process of securing these loans. Both the original mortgage and the refinance were secured at nice rates. Without having to go to my file the dates on these two loans were between 2000 and 2012.
As a first time buyer and then with our refinance, Brian made the entire process painless and clear. He would tell us what we needed and all confusion was quickly cleared up. Brian's knowlede of the process and banks is invaluable for any level of buyer. Brian also saved me thousands of dollars by suggesting when to refinance and helping us go from a 30 year mortgage to a 20 year and paying the same amount.
