Family owned business, super nice ppl. Great flooring choices. Vinyl flooring is what I got for my pool house. It was a great price and they are gonna deliver it for only $25. Which is great for someone like me who doesn't own a trailer or anything like that. Will come again.
So nothing to do with carpet or flooring but just amazing customer service! My tire blew out right at their place, so I turned in to the 1st driveway I saw which was Contract Carpet and 2 young men came running out to see if me and my 2 grandchildren were ok! They offered right away to change my tire which obviously they didn't have to do! Wow, there are amazingly good hearted people still left in the world!! I always send investment property owners and homeowners here for carpet. The prices are right and their installation process is quick and flawless.
I love the variety at the biggest store. They came and measured my home the same day that I went in. Two days later they were putting down new flooring. Reasonably priced - So many compliments on my flooring! I will add pictures in another post because they are on my phone.
They installed new carpet and vinyl in our house last year. During the installation they placed new vinyl over the old vinyl and a rotten subfloor. We found this out when we had a plummer come in to work on the toilet a few months later and he said he could not tighten done the floor mounts because the floor was rotten. Recently we contracted with this company again to come in a fix the bathroom floor and they were supposed to come last Monday ..... they were a no show so we had to go to the business to find out why since ... read more
