Probably the worse experience I ever had trying to rent a commercial space. I hardly leave bad reviews but this one has to be stated. I went to see a building and met James and all seemed super good. I seen the store front and we spoke briefly and I agreed to rent it out, that was Dec 26th. I agree to a lease and get everything in order to sign it. Was told I would met owner to sign. Been waiting 2 months for a response for a location that has been vacant for almost a whole year. Ready to build a business and pay rent. Looks like they don’t want business. Or money in their pocket. If they were professional enough they will say either yes or no. And not let people on standby.
