"I needed a oil change for my 2016 Nissan Rogue SL AWD" Every thing was great. I came in for a oil change.. Didn't seem like i had to wait a long time. The service person was friendly, kept me updated.
"Long wait and only completed 1 of 2 request. " I brought my vehicle in for it's first oil change. I also asked for the tire pressure to be checked. Every tire had a different pressure and this is the 2nd time I was there for the tire pressure. Was there over 2 and 1/2 hours. Tire pressure was not checked or corrected.

"Need to improve on service appointments " Conyers Nissan need to improve their scheduling service appointments. It’s apparent they’re not staffed for the amount of appointments scheduled on Saturday. I have experienced this time and time again. My appointment scheduled at 7:30 am, but I sat in my car for 30 minutes before getting to a service advisor. This unacceptable. If you’re not staffed to handle the increased volume of customers stop overbooking!

"Very Pleasant" Mr. Bass was very nice and he provided me with additional information about my car as the service was happening. He was able to email me the proposed work and I was then able to send that information to my husband, who was not with me to help me make a decision on what to do. That's a plus because I'm not good with car jargon and I would've surely messed up in trying to explain anything to my husband.

"Everything was great" The salesman, Carl Whipple was exceptional and very professional from the time we arrived till the time we left. The process was smooth and did not have any wasted time.
