I brought my car in on a Wednesday, called Thursday for an update (diagnosis) they needed to do RECALL work, when I called Thursday they said the person that was assigned to my vehicle would be back on Monday. What? No other mechanics available? Just the one headed for a vacation? Had I known they wouldn't have satrted the work until 2 weeks later, we would've gone somewhere else. Melody would get 5 stars! My experience was very pleasant and fulfilling! My salesman was very focus on my needs and wants regarding the purchase of my car. He exemplified patience, consistency, motivation and determination to put me in a vehicle. I didn't feel like it was all about him getting a sale but he made me feel like my desires of my purchase were just as important as him closing the deal! My experience was amazing & the staff was awesome. This is the very first brand new car I've every purchased and I am so Happy that I came here.
