purchased a 2025 toyota corolla from Lloyd, even tho it is listed multiple times in their description that it comes with a KEYLESS ENTRY, and in the car’s manual it states the car comes with a KEYLESS ENTRY key, we were given a key with no buttons, & have to actually use the key to manually unlock the car. there are no buttons to press on the trunk to open it, this is a TWENTY TWENTY FIVE car and you give us a key with no buttons? so we have to manually unlock & lock the car every time. when we bring it up to Lloyd, he says ... read more

They are rude & unhelpful. My call was passed around and nobody wanted to take ownership or responsibility. No one would assist with finding out the simple answer to my question regarding something sold by them. A manager was literally yelling at me & hung up in my face. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from there EVER again and I will not refer anyone here.
Still waiting to get the other key fob for TWO cars I bought. Have made 6 calls and 5 visitsto the dealership. Was given several promises to get back to me. No return phone calls, from messages or visits. 80k spent and Im being ignored and ran around about my second key fob which is owed to me from the purchase.
The car chosen had alot of miles and Mr. McQueen told me he would provide a warranty with the vehicle. The key fob didn't work, the phone charger didn't work, the car wasn't detailed properly and I had to pay for a warranty. By law, they arent supposed to ask for a down payment but they did on multiple occasions. Mr. McQueen told me on several occasions he had no idea what my interest rate was but provided me with several loan payment amounts. I wasn’t told until leaving the dealership that there was only one key. Reon stopped responding to my emails requesting a second key. For a 2022 auto at the price I paid, I expect two keys. I was charged $1,000 for a car inspection. The windshield washer doesn’t work. Obviously this was not inspected. I’m not happy with the buying process.

I might have gotten a lemon. I purchased my car all of 2 weeks and it was in the service center within a week of purchase and still SOUNDS HORRIBLE

I would love to give this review zero stars. My husband traded in his 2020 Armada for a 2024 Armada on March 1, 2025. He went to the dealership because he received an invitation to trade in his car. He worked with Mr. Carl. He test drove a 2024 Armada and loved it. We discussed the purchase and subsequently decided to make the deal.
