They tried to go way over the listed price on true car. No maintenance was done on the used car . I had to do the oil change by myself. All the mats in the car was missing and the interior was dirty

My issues were notable during the process. Sean was good to work with but beyond that many challenges. As a remote buyer, who had the vehicle shipped to me, I should have been more diligent in asking more questions. I just was disappointed with the dealership's processes with a buyer out of state like myself. 1. Car has heavy cigarette smoke smell. I am going to have to spend hundreds of dollars to detail it. 2. So now, I have even less confidence in this dealership! I did this one star review a week ago. Then i received a generic response to call the dealership to make this right! I traded my infinit for a used 22 Titan here. Salesman was ok. But when I got home I realized they didn’t give me the correct key for the truck. I went back a few days later to find that they never cut the key. I also noticed the back doors and tailgate didn’t lock and unlock with the key fob. They cut the key but told me they would order the actuator for the doors. Then I never heard back from anyone. I reached out to my salesman and he said they refuse to fix the locks. Worst experience from their Business Development Center (BDC) via actual dealership and meeting the sales person that was appointed to us, (Will). I spoke with a person from the BDC and was assured on txt, that we would be good to go.
