I brought the car for my daughter in October I live in New York and she lives in Georgia. When she went to the dealership initially Kelvin Price said she needs to have New York insurance she told him that she couldn’t afford NY insurance and she didn’t want the car anymore. I have never been more disappointed in a dealership. Very unprofessional from the general manager down to the sales consultant. I bought a used car and asked for the checklist that had been performed on it. They said it was not available because it was late in the day. I asked if it would be sent to me the following day and they said it would. It was not sent then and was finally sent after repeated requests. Claims to conduct a multi point inspection yet I was sold an SUV with a faulty airbag. The manager Kelrick was condescending in speech, trying to tell me it was a suspension issue when I had the vehicle checked out. My vehicle has been back at the dealership now for over 1 week (I eventually got a loaner) still awaiting a resolution. My safety and that of my family was compromised. .
The salesman and manager never followed through with getting me the 27 point check list. If they had, I would have found out the battery had to be replaced and the brakes were unsafe to be driving. The salesman, Tony Archer, said he would get me the checklist the following day. He never did. I consider this unprofessional. I would never suggest this dealership to anyone. The dealership manager never responded to my concerns either.

Poor etic to deal with customer, they have to much to learn from others nissan dealers, the sales person Robert Cambell was the only one good in Conyers Nissan, they should take all the employees to take classes to how manage and treat customers.

One of the worst dealer I've dealt with. They got me for used car that more expensive than new one. Beware what they are telling you and rea all documents.
