Very patience, cooperative, and great customer service. Showed me how to work the bluetooth app and various components of the car.
Very welcoming! Had water for people coming in. They would check with you and let you know if you needed anything you could reach out. And employees would listen for the needs of the customers.
I chose Conyers Nissan because I was lead to believe that I “pre-approved” for a vehicle. Don’t fall for the “pre-approval”. Apparently, almost everyone is “pre-approved”. Nonetheless, we were able to work a deal, with decent terms. Everyone was pretty straightforward and answered the many questions that were presented. But the pre-approval process almost lead me to walk out.
This is my 4th purchase from this dealership, BJ is the ultimate sales person with great customer service.
They were very helpful and honest about everything. They were not pushy and crooked like other dealerships in the area

Salesperson was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. Only issue was computer issues with financing causing a delay and us being there for several hours to get financing complete.
